About Sciatica Care Yoga
Sciatica causes pain that travels from the lower back through the hip and down the leg. Tight hips, a weak core and long sitting can aggravate it. Sciatica Care Yoga uses slow, supervised movements to ease tension around the sciatic nerve and build supportive strength.
You will practise gentle nerve flossing, hip openers, hamstring release and breathing. Poses that provoke pain are avoided, and deep relaxation helps calm the nervous system, which can reduce the intensity of discomfort.
Our therapist adapts every session to how you feel on the day. This program supports your treatment and does not replace medical advice. If you have numbness, leg weakness or loss of bladder control, seek medical care immediately.
